Company Profile Lincoln Laboratory was founded in 1958 with a mission of providing oil tank corrosion protection and fuel enhancing additives to Oilheat Dealers. The trademarkd TANK-GUARD ® warranty program quickly became the industry standard for complete oil tank corrosion protection. Our various additive products perform specific fuel improving tasks such as preventing cold weather gelling and icing, cleaning oil lines and nozzles, reducing sludge accumulation, fighting microorganisms, etc. Recent concern about fuel quality has sparked heightened interest in these additive products and our XTA-2000 Premium Fuel marketing program. Initially, the Bond-Tite Tank Service division was established to repair leaking oil tanks which were covered by the TANK-GUARD warranty. Today, Bond-Tite replaces leaking oil tanks under our innovative Free Tank Replacement warranty. Bond-Tite also provides full tank replacement and installation services through Oilheat Dealers and for tank owners directly. And they remove underground oil tanks. Our staff is committed to providing the highest quality products and service to our customers. We are always available to answer questions, provide laboratory analysis, help with marketing advice, or even give tank replacement advice or service. Our products help people (your customers) by extending oil tank life, providing warranty coverage for leaking tanks, improving fuel efficiency and preventing fuel freeze-ups in cold weather. These same products also help protect our environment by retarding tank corrosion and reducing burner emissions. Our location next to a beautiful waterfall and sparkling river (picture above) provides a constant reminder of our responsibility to the environment. For us, concern for the environment extends beyond the performance benefits of our products. For instance, we monitor our operations carefully to prevent chemical spills and we are scrupulous in disposing of all hazardous materials properly. We also evaluate the plastic bottles we use to be sure that their permeability ratings are appropriate for the products we put into them. For some products this means utilizing vapor barrier bottles to prevent volatile chemical components from evaporating through the bottle into the atmosphere.
